We retain two types of information:

Such information is only collected from you if you voluntarily submit it to A Mindful Line LLC.

  • Non-Personal Data: We collect non-personal data for the sole purpose of being best able to respond to browsing and interest patterns of website visitors. We collect this statistical information on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This non-personal data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as browser types, website usage patterns or other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website.
     

2. PURPOSES FOR WHICH WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

  • Personal Data: We will process any Personal Data you provide to us for providing you with the information or services you have requested; for contacting you if required in connection with a submitted request or booked service; for responding to any communications you send to us through the contact form or directly through email; for sending you A Mindful Line’s newsletter, event alerts, information about product releases, service notifications or event information – this last form of communication only relevant if you have opted-in to receive such communication.  

  • Non-Personal Data We use non-personal data gathered from visitors to our website in an aggregate context to get a better understanding of where our visitors come from and to help us better design and organize our website.
     

3. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES 

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

Your personal data is stored and protected by A Mindful Line in accordance with industry best practices. We do not store your credit card information, number, expiry date or CVV security code on our servers. To ensure optimal security, we use a third party for all credit card billing. 
 

5. USERS UNDER 16 

A Mindful Line, LLC content is not directed at users under 16 years of age. When you provide information about yourself, you are representing yourself as 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information about visitors under age 16. However if we do become aware of having collected personally identifiable information from a user under 16 without consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will remove such information from our servers.
 

6. ACCESSING, UPDATING, VERIFYING AND DELETING PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to know what personal information we have stored, as well as the right to have your personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or removed from our database. Please forward any such requests in writing via our Contact Us page.

Any changes to this Privacy Statement will be posted on this website and shared via email.

This Privacy Statement is governed by the laws of Rhode Island, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Rhode Island courts.
 

9. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) COMPLIANCE

This website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the United States and allows A Mindful Line to notice trends to improve the user experience on this website. This service processes personal data such as: the unique User ID set by Google Analytics, the date and time, the title of the page being viewed, the URL of the page being viewed, the URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page, the screen resolution, the time in local timezone, the length of time spent on a given page, the files that were clicked on and downloaded, the links clicked on to an outside domain, the type of device, and the country, region, and city. You may opt out of this tracking at any time by activating the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser.
