Summer is a time for R&R. Level it up with Self-Care Bingo during the month of July.

 

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Download your Bingo Card

  2. Take a moment to review the 24 prompts on the bingo card and attached instructions.

  3. Decide how you will mark each box once you have completed the practice.

  4. Pick one prompt each day, and immerse yourself in that brief practice.

  5. Send us your Bingos to be entered in a drawing for prizes.

  6. Enjoy!
